Welcome to Jigz.co (“Jigz,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Affiliate Partner Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Jigz Affiliate Program (“Program”), through which you may promote Jigz and earn commissions or benefits as described herein. By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Program, you acknowledge that:

You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

We may accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.

You may not participate if your website, channel, or promotional methods involve illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice.

3. Affiliate Obligations

As an Affiliate Partner, you agree to:

- Promote Jigz fairly, honestly, and in compliance with applicable laws.

- Use only approved banners, links, or materials provided by Jigz.

- Not misrepresent Jigz services or make false claims.

- Not engage in “cookie stuffing,” spam, fake referrals, or prohibited advertising practices.

- Not bid on Jigz trademarks (or misspellings) in paid advertising without prior written approval.

4. Commissions & Payments

- Affiliates may earn commissions or benefits as disclosed in the Program dashboard or in a written agreement.

- Commissions are calculated based on valid referrals tracked through Jigz’s systems according to the commision tier the individual affiliate is on.

- Minimum Payout is $50 USD and Payouts are paid out within the first week of the month.

Jigz reserves the right to void commissions for:

- Fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referred transactions.

- Transactions canceled, refunded, or disputed.

Payment schedules, minimum payout thresholds, and methods will be detailed in your affiliate account.

Important: Coins, platform credits, or commission earnings are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value outside Jigz.

5. Program Structure & Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, suspend, or terminate the structure of our affiliate platform, commission model, or existing deals at any time.

Such changes may include (but are not limited to): commission rates, payout methods, program eligibility, and promotional rules.

Continued participation in the Program after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

6. Intellectual Property

Jigz trademarks, logos, banners, and content are the property of Jigz.

Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved materials solely for promoting Jigz.

Unauthorized or misleading use of Jigz intellectual property is prohibited.

7. Compliance & Conduct

Affiliates must:

- Follow all applicable advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws.

- Not mislead users or misrepresent the relationship between Affiliate and Jigz.

- Respect user data and privacy. Any use of personal data must comply with applicable privacy laws.

- Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Program and forfeiture of pending commissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Jigz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms cease immediately.

Any unpaid, valid commissions earned prior to termination will be paid according to the standard payout schedule, unless terminated for breach or fraud (in which case all commissions are forfeited).

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction in that location.

11. Changes to Terms

Jigz may update these Terms at any time by posting revised text with the “Last Updated” date above.

Changes become effective immediately unless otherwise stated.

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
